Still, I'm a bit hesitant atm about buying such "protection" because I'm not sure if a case or even a skin might cause overheating problems for my casual gaming. I take my laptop everywhere due to school, so it gets moved around from place to place alot. I say "protection" because I know a hardshell case won't really save my computer from a big drop or something similar, but it's still nice to have something to protect it from scratches/maybe spills/etc. I use the 16" Pro (i9, 1Tb, 5500M 4Gb) for casual gaming (FFXIV, RDR2, etc.) and I've been planning on getting either a case or skin for at least some degree of "protection" especially since I've obviously spent a lot of money on this laptop.
